As the largest pay-TV services in Indonesia, Indovision continually strive to also build the facility in a convenient place to provide maximum services to its customers during their visit to its Walk in Center/WIC, on 6th March 2014 Indovision opened the 3rd Walk in Centre (WIC) for subscribers around North Jakarta who need immediate assistance from our customer care team. 1st and 2nd WIC in Green Garden area and Kelapa Gading area has been open before to assist subscribers. And we’ve expected to open another WIC in other Jakarta area soon.
By having the 3rd WIC, we expected to give the maximum services to subscribers of Indovision in North Jakarta, and also to get close to subscribers who wants to give a suggestions or complaints about Indovision services.
WIC are open every day from Monday - Saturday at 9:00am - 17:00pm, and are also welcome to those who wants to know more and subscribe to Indovision.
